At Vita Drip & Beauty Bar and Vita Weight Loss & Hormone Health, we are committed to providing quality healthcare services and maintaining transparency regarding our refund policies.
Medical Consultations
Consultation fees are non-refundable once a healthcare provider has reviewed your medical information, conducted a consultation, or made a treatment determination.
Payment for a consultation covers the provider’s professional time and medical evaluation and does not guarantee approval for treatment or the issuance of a prescription.
Prescription Medications
Due to federal and state regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned for resale or reuse once dispensed, compounded, or shipped.
As a result:
- Prescription medication purchases are non-refundable once the prescription has been processed by the pharmacy.
- Prescription medication purchases are non-refundable once shipped.
- Opened, used, or partially used medications are not eligible for refunds.
Treatment Eligibility
Patients understand that payment for a consultation does not guarantee:
- Approval for treatment
- Eligibility for a specific medication
- Issuance of a prescription
If a provider determines that a patient is not medically appropriate for treatment, the consultation fee remains non-refundable because medical services have been rendered.
Shipping Issues
If a medication shipment is lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, patients should contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
We will work with the pharmacy and shipping carrier to investigate and determine appropriate resolution options.
Replacement decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
IV Therapy and In-Office Services
Prepaid IV therapy, vitamin injections, and wellness services may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee and may not qualify for a refund.
Subscription and Recurring Programs
If enrolled in a recurring program, patients may cancel future services at any time before their next billing cycle.
Charges already processed for completed services, consultations, medication orders, or shipments are non-refundable.
Chargebacks
Patients agree to contact Vita Drip & Beauty Bar directly regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.
Unauthorized chargebacks for services rendered, consultations completed, or medications dispensed may be disputed with supporting documentation.
Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed individually.
Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.
